Tiffany Keathley, Pharm.D., is a consulting pharmacist working with medical cannabis dispensaries across Arkansas. She is behind the counter for the same conversation over and over. A new patient, usually 55 or older, holding a product they do not understand, worried about whether it will interfere with their blood pressure medication.

WeedWize exists because that conversation should not have to happen once, at the dispensary, with the line behind you. The site is what she wishes every patient had read before they got to the counter: how cannabinoids actually work, how to read a certificate of analysis, how to titrate a dose, and which prescriptions genuinely interact with cannabis.

Everything medical here is reviewed by a pharmacist. The site does not sell cannabis, it does not recommend specific brands, and nobody can pay to change what it says about a product. Dispensaries can pay to be listed in the directory, because Tiffany already knows those operators and has already walked their floors. Those listings are labeled sponsored, kept in their own section, and never mixed in with the ones she reviewed unpaid. That is what keeps the rest of the site free.
